EAT YOUR WAY TO BETTER LOOKING SKIN

Wondering what foods provide us with best eats for our skin?  B complexes, Niacin, Vitamins A, E, & C.  Foods with omega, zinc.  Foods to help with the distribution of collagen, moisturizer, roscea.  Foods high in antioxidants?  Get you shopping list ready!
 
Avocados  are high on the list for B complex vitamins and niacin.  Great for red blotchy skin.
Mangoes  are full of vitamin A.  Helping to repair damaged skin cells.
Almonds  Contain vitamin E.  Rich in oils, maintaining skin moisture and healthy complexion.
Cottage Cheese  contains a nutrient called Selenium.  This along with vitamin E contains antioxidants that help fight skin cancer.
Acerola Cherries  rich in vitamin C.  Helping to win the war against skin damage & wrinkles.  Aids in the production of collagen.
Oysters  are rich in zinc and help fight against pimples.
Baked Potatoes  supply copper to aid in elastin fibers that support skin structure.
Sweet Potatoes  contain beta carotene which helps protect the skin from sun exposure.
Mushrooms  are a source of vitamin B.  This aids in tissue repair and blemishes caused by rosacea.
Berries an antioxidant which helps to clear damaging free radicals which harm skin cells and helps to slow down the process of wrinkling & sagging.
Salmon or Mackerel  contains omega and selenium which evens out skin tone.
Kiwi  high in vitamin C for collagen.
Turkey  high in zinc and collagen for skin's elasticity and firmness.
..........................................And of Course  WATER  8-10 glasses daily to rid our bodies of impurities......................
 
Putting that all together.....
 
BREAKFAST     Cottage cheese with almonds, berries & mangoes.
 
LUNCH              Turkey with avocado on a bed of spinach and side of sweet potatoe.
 
DINNER              Oysters for starters followed by Salmon with baked potatoe & side of mushrooms.
 
DESSERT            Kiwi & Acerola Cherries.

Your food choices show great impact on your face, body and even your hair. That is why if you want to look good and healthy, stick to fruits and vegetables.
